Policies for Single Services
1. Payment & Deposits

Full payment is required upfront for single services under $150.

Payments can be made via Shopify checkout, credit/debit card, or PayPal.

Other payment options can be discussed upon request.
- Final files will not be released until full payment has been received.
2. Turnaround Time

Timelines begin after we receive all necessary content, details, and payment.

Delays in providing information may extend your delivery date.
3. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the amount stated in your service package.

Additional revisions will be billed at $10

A revision is a small change (color adjustment, font swap, minor layout edits). Large changes may be considered a new project.
4. Rush Orders

Rush delivery is available for an additional fee and must be confirmed before ordering.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are only accepted before work begins.

If work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on completed progress.

No refunds are issued once final files are delivered.

6. File Delivery

Final files will be sent via email or a download link after full payment is received.

We keep your files for 30 days; after that, you are responsible for storing them.
7. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide clear instructions, content, and high-quality images where applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information.
8. Copyright & Usage

You own full rights to the final approved design.

We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
