Policies for Single Services

1. Payment & Deposits

  • Full payment is required upfront for single services under $150.

  • Payments can be made via Shopify checkout, credit/debit card, or PayPal.

  • Other payment options can be discussed upon request.

  • Final files will not be released until full payment has been received.

2. Turnaround Time

  • Timelines begin after we receive all necessary content, details, and payment.

  • Delays in providing information may extend your delivery date.

3. Revisions

  • Revisions are limited to the amount stated in your service package.

  • Additional revisions will be billed at $10

  • A revision is a small change (color adjustment, font swap, minor layout edits). Large changes may be considered a new project.

4. Rush Orders

  • Rush delivery is available for an additional fee and must be confirmed before ordering.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are only accepted before work begins.

    • If work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on completed progress.

    • No refunds are issued once final files are delivered.

6. File Delivery

  • Final files will be sent via email or a download link after full payment is received.

  • We keep your files for 30 days; after that, you are responsible for storing them.

7. Client Responsibility

  • Clients must provide clear instructions, content, and high-quality images where applicable.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information.

8. Copyright & Usage

  • You own full rights to the final approved design.

  • We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
