1. Do I need to provide images and text for my website?
Yes, you’ll need to provide all brand images, logos, and written content you want on your site. If you don’t have images, we can use high-quality stock photos. 
2. Will you set up my domain and hosting?
Yes, I can help connect your domain and hosting for platforms like Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify. You’ll be responsible for purchasing the domain and hosting plan.
3. How many revisions are included?
All web design packages include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
4. Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Absolutely! All websites are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile viewing.
5. Can I update the website myself later?
Yes, I’ll provide you with a basic tutorial or guide so you can make simple updates. If you’d rather I handle updates, I offer monthly maintenance packages.
6. Do you set up social media and email integrations?
Yes, your website can be connected to your social media pages and email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
7. How long will my project take?
Most websites take 2–4 weeks for business sites and 3–5 weeks for eCommerce, depending on complexity and client responsiveness.
POLICIES:

All images, written content, and brand assets must be submitted before the project start date. 
- 
If the content is delayed, the project timeline will be extended. 
💳 Payments
- 
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. 
- 
Final payment is due before your site goes live. 
Revisions
- 
Includes 3 rounds of revisions; additional edits will be billed at $XX/hour. 
- 
Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of receiving the preview. 
Accounts & Access
- 
Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their domain and hosting. 
- 
Login credentials must be provided for any accounts (Shopify, Wix, Square, etc.) before work begins. 
Maintenance
- 
Ongoing maintenance is not included unless a maintenance plan is purchased. 
- 
Any changes after project completion will be billed separately. 
Cancellations
- 
Cancellations made after work has begun will forfeit the deposit.
